Brief Overview of Everest Region Trek

Everest Region falls in Solukhumbu district on the north-east side of Nepal and the region is widely known for Mt. Everest-top of the world- with an altitude of 8848 meters above the sea level. It is also known as Sagarmatha in Nepali, Chomolungma in Tibetan and Zhumulangma in Chinese. Besides that, places like Kala Patthar, Khumbu Icefall, waterfalls, wildlife and vegetation along the way plus the great scenic views of the mountain ranges including Everest surpass the other regions in terms of tourism especially mountaineers and trekkers.
